MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUEST

All membership agreements require 30 days notice to cancel your membership. The submission of this form will serve as your 30 days written cancellation notice. A paused membership cannot be cancelled. Only an active membership can be cancelled. A minimum of 30 days must elapse between a paused membership and a cancelled membership. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30 days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of your final paid fortnight. All payments are non-refundable.
